Extract all living image videos - the tool

I wrote a tool to extract all the living image video files from all the jpeg files a few years back. Thought I would share it on github.

Run the wiplex.exe and provide a folder containing all your living images, i.e. C:\Users\Clive\OneDrive\Documents\Pictures\Camera Roll

Then use them all in a montage for your year in review, or something else useful.
