Facebook beta...chat question

How do I get my chats to appear in my windows message box not the Facebook app? Example if someone sends me a private message on facebook I want it to go with rest of my text messages not stay in Facebook....it seems sometimes this works and other times it doesn't anyone have a solution or is it a bug?

In settings -messaging is Use Facebook Chat ON or OFF ? My phone number is registered with fb so
I turn it off so I don't get two messages, one on fb and one on my phone.
And did you register your phone at fb online ? Maybe you need to re-register, I had to do that several times over the months.

You need to allow facebook chats on your microsoft account settings.

Go to https://account.live.com/summarypage.aspx

Sign in to your ms account if you havent done so yet.

Click on Permissions on the left side

Click Manage Other Accounts

Under facebook, click edit

Make sure you have checked all checkboxes, especially Chat with Facebook friends.

Hit Save.

That should do it. Hope that helps.
