Facebook messenger broken with update 1?

Well mine is..app opens but messages don't. Anyone?

Yes, I can confirm it is doing the same for me on WP 8.1 Update 1 on a Lumia 930. Loads up, you click a message and it flashes as if it is opening then it freezes on the contact list. Clicking back then flashes again and the contact list is now useable again but obviously no use.

Isn't messenger integrated back into the facebook app instead of being a separate app?

Messenger works on 630 but xbox video is broken.
