Facebook Messenger Lagging~

After updating the Facebook Messenger recently, I found sending message in this app is lagging and slow. Need to wait longer time for it to be sent (in darker blue color). Anyone facing this situation too?

try a soft reset (long press volume down+ power button) and check again..if it still lags then might be some stability issue...what device are you using?

I am using Lumia 820. Thanks for advice. Will try it.

I uninstalled and reinstalled like i read in some post and it worked like a charm for me L1520

location is enabled in messenger, but my friends cant see my location under the messages i sent ... why ?

You have to activate location from your phone settings too, and at the same time activate in the app. Go to setting location and activate it or simply trap the locations button in the action center
