Facebook messenger location warning

If you long press a message from a person that sent his location with it, and select details, you can exactly see in what house he/she lives. I'm not sure if anyone could ever see it this precise in other apps on ios or android, but I for one am turning location off in the app. You can even start navigation from there.

uhm that you can see someone's precise location? I thought normally it would just say from what town or so... I could be wrong and this may be normal..
