Facebook/Twitter in general notifications

Is there a way to disable the individual files for facebook, twitter, messenger, even email since you can't do anything from the alert, and have them just show up with other notifications in the general tile? This seems a frustrating oversight.

I can understand actionable tiles like calls and SMS needing to have their own tile, but the others should be able to combine.

If I disable the individual tile for say messenger, those alerts don't show up in the general tile even though they are in the notification center on phone.
