I recently dropped my L820, cracked the screen and broke the touch digitizer. A guy has fixed the digitizer for me but asked my permision to hard reset after the phone experienced LCD issues. It didn't fix them but he managed to fix the LCD somehow. Anyways I had the 8.1 dev preview on there. I'm just wondering what state the phone will be in when I get it back, will it still have 8.1? Or if I had a reasonably recent backup on there, will that restore to 8.1?
Or will I have to go through each update again to bring it up to 8.1? (factory -> amber -> black -> 8.1)
