Family Room Live Tile notifications

Hi. Searched but did not find related. Family Room notifications, sometimes I get them, well only twice, and most of the time there is none. Like a photo uploaded, no one in the family room gets a notification. Yet, a couple of times, and I think instead of sharing from the photos, I uploaded to OneNote into the same folder, and that's when the notification shows.



Any ideas?

Is anyone getting consistent notifications for new photos, new notes, etc using Family Room?

Yep. I'm getting instant notifications (mainly notes, but that's the way my wife communicates with me )

Yep, working for me. I've found that sometimes a reboot can fix this kind of thing.

I wonder if this is related then to the version. We have Lumia Icons, DP 8.1 Update 1.

Ok, I give up. I removed the Family Room, recreated it, the only notifications I get are when a FR member emails me, or texts me, even though those emails or texts are not going thru the Family Room. I have searched settings etc, dont see anything related to FR or groups and notifications. So after we post a photo or edit a shared note, we have to text everyone that there is a new photo, etc...
