Fhotoroom app, I can't figure out how to scroll down the tab to access the other tools, help?

There's a vertical list of tools that appear on a tab on the left side of the screen when pro tools is selected. The list extends beyond what is visible, so there is a need to scroll down on the tab, but I can't figure out how to do that... this was not an issue before the app updated. The app is being fun on a laptop.
