Looks like bug rather than confirmation of completion of requested features.

the first one is swiping upwards in "multi-tasking view", instead of the X we have right now in GDR3
second is while you're still in an app, swipe down from top to bottom to close it like in Windows 8, instead of repeatedly pressing back button

so this means X will be removed after wp8.1?? Or there will be some special option to turn on or off this feature.
very much exited for wp8.1.
hope they release developer preview version of wp8.1 like gdr3.
