Firmware update?

Hey, im from germany and didn't got the expected firmwareupdate yet :/ use a t-mobile branded O2 device, with the 7.10.7712 premango on it.
What reasons could this issue have :/?

My expectations:
1. its bcuz of the not-rly-offical-mango-build
2. its bcuz of my provider(s)

I have a Mozart on O2 in the UK, but it's an unlocked Orange-branded phone. I didn't get the device until I checked on the Windows Phone Connector software (I'm on a Mac). Then the update popped up and installed.

I don't think carrier-branded phones can get OTA updates if they've been unlocked and are now used on another network.

i got one in the past, but not the recent update :/
and i dont wanna unbrand my phone, bcuz there is no unbranded ROM with mango on it ^^
so ill have to wait, till mango is pushed out or the update comes out for me :/

Just wanna let out some news. Sent in my Mozart for a warranty claim. It came back with 7720.68 preloaded. No Wifi Tether
