Fitting screen shield

I bought my band direct from the MS store, so got the free Zagg shield.

I haven't got around to fitting it yet as I always dread fitting that sort of thing and some laziness on my part :smile:

Looking at the shield it looks like it has two extra bits at one end, are these there for a reason?

Anyone else fitted one and how easy was it?

I believe the "bits" are where the protector doesn't cover the sensors on that end. I cut mine so that the protector doesn't cover the curved part of the screen. I had heard tons of people saying that the protector lifts at the edges of the screen where it curves. I don't care about the edges getting scratched, it's the part of the screen for the display that I worry about. And so far it is working...

Less than 1min to fit - easy. Make sure your follow instructions an rub until any bubble have gone.

The instructions on mine were pretty unclear, and I ended up destroying the screen protector.

Get armor shield's protector they are really good. Also wet application so you don't need to align at the first time
