Flag email on IMAP mail account

hi everyone!!
i cant flag email on my IMAP email account, only on my Exchange Outlook account..
i read that this is a problem that MS is going to solve....
is it true? does this problem will be solved at least with the win10 releasead?and is there a date expected for this release?
