Flash Transfer needed for Windows Phone 8.1

Hi All,

i just have found one software called "Software Data Cable" on windows phone store, here is the link;

i used this app on Android Phone where software enables a network and others have to connect this through WiFi...
its amazing (file transfer rate is approx 1-2 Mbps)

can anyone tell me is it available for Windows 8 too.

you can use flash transfer in windows phone,i cant put the video link because windowsphonecentral is not allowing me to post the link, go to youtube and search for "Flash Transfer For Windows Phone" or search with my name kennet mathew

I think, this one is better than easy transfer. With all those restrictions of WP the dev had done a fare job. Give it a try.

Flash transfer May not be available for Windows Phone now, but you can still try this app SHAREit. The app also works like flash share. You can get it on windows store, it might work for you

Hi All,

flash transfer app is badly needed for WP 8.1, we cannot transfer video/large file to other devices. since "Files" enable to share files through Bluetooth but it is too slow to transfer..

i'm waiting for this app, just stick to bellow line :smile:

Wow. Not sure why the thread was bumped just to quote the OP, unless the thread bumper is having the same issue and didn't read the several posts showing apps that are available.

Flash transferring (more correctly, Wi-Fi file sharing) has been available for some months, and a number of apps in the Windows Phone store are available. This thread should really be closed now (hint to moderator?)

No it doesn't work. I have lumia 730 and I have to enable internet sharing and ask others to connect to that wifi and then we can transfer files.

We need an app which has acces ti WiFI settings and can create a local WiFi and also connect other phone users automatically (Given others also have that same app).
Eg- ShareIT, but it's pathetic both on WP and Android.
