Focus problems 920

Has anyone else had problems with this 920 focusing? I would say maybe 1 out of every 20 pictures I take is actually in focus. Any tips or ideas?

If using Nokia Camera then you can either use manual focus in advanced mode or tap to focus + tap to click in simple mode. If using stock camera then long tap to focus + click
