Not sure if this is an official app, but there is now a foodgawker app (not sure how long it has really been around). It looks to be a web wrapper, but a very functional one.
Might be of interest to some folks - I was helping my sister-in-law get set up on her new SP3 last night and this is one of the first apps she looked for - and there it was. The lack of any reviews on either phone or windows store made me a bit suspect, but it seems good so far.
