For all Dual SIM (non LTE) Lumia, are both SIM slots always supports 3G ?

My understanding is that in most cases, SIM slot 2 is GSM or 2G only...

Not knowing your specific model, I can't say yes or no definitively... But probably no 3G on SIM 2.
