Force 3G only mode

Just bought a Lumia 630 dual sim and the network keeps switching between 2G and 3G every now and then. Is there anyway to keep in 3G only mode say for Sim1 just like in Android phones. Got an android phone that displays 3G signal is still there while in Lumia the network keeps switching. I'm in an area where 3G network is not that strong but the Android works fine. Help....

Ya that is frustrating I have to handle with windows phone.but it only happens in my house which is ground floor. Outside I get 3g I manage with android inside my house.

Check for the net speed..... On both devices..... I mean when the transition occurs

There should be an option to keep always in 3g mode so that there will be either network or no network. This will help to be always in 3g because due to transition many times it so happens that it do not transit to 3g very quickly.

There is no such option so far. You can only lock it to 2g only.
Device automatically detects the fastest connection speed and switches over to 2g or 3g respectively.
