Force 3G only on WP 8.1 ATIV S

I used to be able to change the network mode using the diagnosis app using WP 8.1.1 on developer preview. To do this I type *#0011# in the diagnosis app and then press back -> 1 -> 7 -> 2 and then select the network mode from here.

However, I changed my phone csc to ATO to update to the latest firmware. Now, the diagnosis app does not work for me. Pressing the buttons in *#0011# part of the diagnosis app show no response.

So, anyone knows how to change the network mode to force only 3G connection.

You can change that in the phone's SIM settings.

From Settings:
"Mobile+SIM" (or "cellular+SIM")
Scroll down, hit "SIM settings"
Change "Highest connection speed" to 3G.
