Only a Quick annoucement, I have just relesed my first Windows Phone App,

Ideas & Thoughts v1.0 Ideas & Thoughts | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)

Daily Ideas & Thoughts about Science, Technology & More.

My Quest is to provide you with one new idea, to think through every day. (160+ NOW)

Now with a funny word game to learn them by matching the right position of each word.

Quick Specs:

- Home Tile or Open the App daily to read each thought fully,
- NEW: If you like the Idea just tap on the lightbulb with the add sing.
- Inside the App you can slide your finger horizontally or vertically to view older Thoughts, or you can browse them all @ https://twitter.com/VivancosDavid

- Why don't try the Game, it's a nice way to learn, just order the words from Up to Down & Left to Right.
Can you remember 160+ Ideas?
- It only uses your data connection to get the Ideas & Images from my server (just a few Kbytes).

v. 0.6 Added a GAME where you can order the each Idea word by word so you can learn it if you want, Now with more than

v. 0.4 Now Fixing the date issue in non US/UK countries & adding the Save Background as lock Screen option (in W8 Only)

Hey,

The app is crashing whenever I open it. It might not be able to load the background image correctly since I see text on the page and then it crashes.

Please look into this.

- looking at the crash repport seems to be something with the Date format in Windows Phone 8 & non us/uk countries.

I'll try the app. First to get an wi-fi. Why is so hard to implement app install through usb cable

Btw, how hard is to build something with subliminal approach, the words to appear only 1/25s and 1-2min repeat?

Thanks Ktysai, yeas usb is only for development phones.

Nnot too hard as long as the device screen update speed can cope with it, but 1/25s maybe too slow for that, you mean for helping learn the phrases in the game?

Yes David, to learn small phrases and such. Sometimes this approach works or maybe it was the time involved in the preparation of the material

Can you offer more info about development phones? In this way I can install an app, for example "Ideas & Thoughts" through USB cable, without having to have the phone connected to a wi-fi network or there's a catch? From what I've seen the store doesn't gives you a file on PC, just a link that can be used only on the phone

But enough off topic

Will think about it.

A development phone, is a regular phone, but you need to have a development acount (Windows Phone Dev Center ) to convert it to development.

Today reached the first 1000 Users for the Windows Phone Ideas & Thoughts App, Thanks for using it! ,
now also for Android & Iphone/Ipad.

I think you should use a different font for the content. I think it should be "more expressive", and not neutral like Arial.
Maybe something handwritten / different fonts. That's my first thought.

Released Ideas & Thoughts V1.0 for Windows Phone (Now More than 160 Ideas)

- Added an Offline Mode ( Automatically if no internet connection)
- Added vertical Swipe too
- Added a Youtube Archive with the Ideas explanied (14 for now)
