It appears that the link you have posted is not redirecting us to the appropriate Microsoft Windows Phone Store link to your App.

Update: Your app appeared as one of the search results while looking for a similar app in the Store through my phone. It seems that it can use some UI/UX and design polishing. It also appears to be some form of a web page wrapper than integrates Google, Bing, Tineye and Yandex image search pages - this can be improved on.
