Front Camera Freeze

Hello my 920 front camera suddenly stop working when i take a shot it will capture but it will not save the photo

then the camera app will freeze, if i press the back button it will close the app.

But if I open again the camera app it will only show black screen.

I tried soft reset/hard reset/ re flashed the phone still the same issue.

My last option is to bring my phone to NCC.

Anyone experience this?

Update:
I think the problem is caused by over heating issue at the back of the front camera,

when i tried the camera this morning at the mall its perfectly working again.

For some reason when your phone overheats it acts funny. When I play a game, once my phone gets really hot I stop and let it just cool down so that I don't create any other issues.
