Frozen "time since last charge"

Hi everyone I'm new to windows phone 8.1 ,it's very nice but I noticed after updating that the time since last charge never changed it's always remains less than one hour. Any tips guys. Thank you in advance

Updated: While I was trying install WhatsApp from xap file using visual studio power tools it asked me to run another update to the phone after I did the update the whole thing about "time since Last charged" disappeared is not there anymore!
