Games not downloading more than 500mb

I have free space of 2.59 gb in my lumia 525.but when i tried to download real football 2013 which is 830mb..it says,memory storage reached limit free space and try again later..whats happening here? why cant i download it even i have more available free space in phone memory.I also updated to Lumia black..Please somebody give me a solution..i badly want this game in my mobile..:shocked: :crying:

Download the game from the windows phone site directly to a PC
http://www.windowsphone.com/en-in/store/app/real-football-2013/1e81b5b1-0ab2-4c42-a1be-1430a2616f14/xap?apptype=regular
Copy it to an SD card and restart your phone.
Go to 'store' app and a new menu will show up 'sd card' goto your game and install.
