GDR1 Update Question

I bought from a friend a Lumia 630 Dual-Sim free of carriers...in about it shows me CV Belux as carrier i suppose the phone is from Belgium or Netherlands..my question is if i will get the GDR1 update here(i live in Romania),and i'm using a Vodafone Sim here..will my update depend on the original carrier form where this phone was bought or the SIM i use here?

yes it will depend on belux carrier as far as i know...
