Well this site is NOT a place to talk about pirated applications, it's a good way to get banned on this site. With that being said, I know at least for GTA the hackers enabled it for 512mb devices and it's been claimed that it does work good. I will not provide where I read that or anything else.

You could, BUT IT'S ILLEGAL , you are downloading pirated apps which devs have spend resources and time in making.

Try using xap deployer 2

I tried this and I get an error saying "Cannot read as ZipFile." But it's not a zip file... it's the official whatsapp.xap file. What should I do? Thanks.

You cant side load official apps from store they are encrypted so you are getting that error.
Even if they are unpublished from the store.

Screw this man, upgrade to windows 10 and get visual studio 2015 community with the windows 10 SDK for free with options to download the 8.1 SDK as an add on.

After Installing the SDK Lite version on my Windows 7 PC - 64 bit , I am not able to debug Web Apps in VS2013 ..
I tried repairing VS2013 - didn't work.
Tried Uninstalling VS2013 and Reinstalling - didn't work.
Tried Uninstalling VS2013, .NetFramework4.51 and 4.5 and then Re-Install VS203- didn't work.

Any idea what changes are made the SDK Lite version that doesn't allow Debugging Web Projects?
By Debugging I mean , when I try to Run the Web App , CS2013 starts IIS express the Web site tries to connect on the port but then fails and debugging stops without giving any error.
