Getting an error code 0x80131500 when Nokia Software Recovery Tool is installing...
Please how do i resolve this. Thank You

Firewall and virus scanner are the main suspects with this error code.

I tried everything,setting the clean reboot as prescribed above,uninstalling my anti virus software and its all components,rebooting my laptop and then trying again but nothing worked.:unhappysweat:

Hello Sir,

I've tried the method suggested by you.

Unfortunately im still stuck at the blue screen. It connects to nsu bt returns error code 0x80131500

please help
