Glance option issue

Hello, i would need little help.
Recently i updated my Windows Phone to 8.1 (Lumia 925) and at glance options i cannot activate the feature anymore, everything related to glance features are (inactive) in grey i cant activate it. I added a screenshot, maybe somebody knows a solution for it?

Try rebooting your phone. If it continues, try download updates using an app called 'sysapp pusher'.
