Glance peek mode not working?

I've been messing around with the phone for a day now and can't seem to get peek mode to work. It just always stays on, have any of you experienced that as well? I did Lumia pusher to update my apps, maybe there is a bug in the latest version of display?

I'd appreciate any advice, loving the phone!

It's no longer in DISPLAY it has it's own spot in settings now GLANCE 3rd from the bottom.

No matter where it's located, it still doesn't seem to work. I'll do a soft reset.

Peek will stay on when the phone is charging. Was it charging when you were testing it?
