Glance screen and double tap to wake issues

Hi

I have been facing issues with the glance screen and double tap to wake features. These 2 features stop working from time to time. The only fix seems to be applying some pressure on the top right part of the phone where the proximity sensor is. The glance screen will come back but after some use it will stop working again. Also, another issue is a bright white patch roughly an inch below the Nokia logo. I have sent my phone to Nokia care, clearly stating my issues but they returned the phone to me in the exact same condition as before! Now I don't know who I can turn to. My location is in Malaysia where support for Nokia products is hard to come by.

Any advice?

About the only advice I can give is to keep on Nokia to fix or replace it. Don't let up, make them see it your way, Good luck.
