Going back to 8.1 from WP10 - Will my SD card be reformatted?

Like the title says. Also, for apps that came preinstalled with my phone, should I move them to my SD card before going back or will they still be there?

Apps on the SD card should be considered erased along with the apps that were originally on the phone. They're encrypted, and erasing the phone throws away the key for security issues.
