This was the only issue I had today when I used it for the first time also. Luckily when returning to the previous hole it saved my score.
I don't have any problems with the ios app at all. It seems slow sometimes when I sync but overall it works well.You're using the Band with an iPhone? In addition to the Golf/TaylorMade app, what do you think overall of combining the Microsoft device with the iOS phone?
Let us know how it goes and I'll do the same after my friend and I play our weekly round on Saturday. If you have better success, I will tell him to reset his Band. As an aside: I reset my band twice in the last two weeks due to playing with Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview......so maybe I'm not seeing the issues you and my friend are BECAUSE of my resets. That would at least make more sense, since it can't be phone OS related.I don't have a windows phone to compare it to but it does seem to take several minutes. Since I had to get the band replaced several weeks ago I thought the problems were with the new band. Going to test it today again. I did a reset on my band and reinstalled the app. Hope it makes a difference
