Ok, think I have the basic process down. Will roll back one more time to 8.1 and document the upgrade process. Are you looking to have the HEY CORTANA option as well?

Yes if that's possible. I'd like to get it as up to date as possible with the Hey Cortana option.

Ok, looks like I got it. I have the process pretty much down. Just not entirely sure how to get you the files...

I am pretty sure you don't want to use the one from the Windows Store. The one that I used is
InteropTools 2.0.79.0_x86_x64_arm along with the dependencies. It might be easier to e-mail the files to you along with instructions. I really don't use this site this much and not entirely sure how else to get you the files that I used... You can reach me at malacarr@gmail.com. Let me know what you want to do, just got done upgrading from the 15063.297 to 15063.1631
