Windows Central Question

Why if I disconnect data services (Wifi, GPRS) my phone not use GPS for reporting position? I develop a windows phone application just to display the position source and as I suspected in all cases is Wifi, GPRS. It is any problem with the gps source in this phone? We brought several of this phones for our engineers and when they go to the field and there is not cellular signal the phone did not report the position in any of the purchased programs nor the propietary ones.

Now it makes sense - the Lumia 535 has been known to have issues in determining its location via GPS/GLONASS. I owned a Lumia 535 and it simply was not reliable in those terms. You may have better luck in other Lumia devices, especially the newer ones.
