Great. New Music App Issues with voice commands.

For a while there, Cortana was playing a song I have through my music pass physically downloaded to my phone by voice command with streaming off. Now she's not again, I'm getting the "I can't when streaming is off" thing which had been fixed. But if I say the artist or album that song is on, it plays. Also now plays the album not in sequence, always defaults to shuffle OR incorrect first song even though if I manually bring it up the sequence is correct. Just when you think things are improving.
