If you hold the Power button + volume down key for 10 seconds, the device should restart and everything should be back to normal.

Using a Lumia 525,

Does'nt show a "call waiting" while calling someone else who r already on a call :-|

Some operators in our country (Bangladesh) fetured auto waiting notifiacation while calling, they say before it rings " your call is waiting"
but some operators do not. And calling the same operator I never get a notification like this
does any app or anything can help me out?

I literally had the EXACT thing happen to me 10 minuets ago on my nokia lumia 500. Also when I tried to access my games my screen went completely black. Turning it on and off again usually fixes...well temporarily fixes the problem

My phone does the same thing across all non Microsoft apps and the camera, as well as when I play video. I do not like windows and plan to get an android phone now. It continues to do this even if I restart the app or turn off my phone. I have a 530.

Phone Lumia 435, brand new 2 days old.

Issue 1: Skype with green screen.

Issue 2: Camera app : green screen. On occasions with rebooting device - can not capturer, while holding or pressing button, operational of screen view is clear and working, video camera not capturer.

Issue 3: Lumia Camera app : green screen. On occasions with rebooting device, can capturer, while holding or pressing button, video camera capturer working, what's the point doing a capturer with a green screen.

Issue 4: bbci player app - green screen, sound but no video.

Tested:

1./ Shut down device and pull out battery, restart device, issues are same. 1,2,3,4 above.

2./ Hold down level control button to on vibrate, Shut down device and pull out battery, restart device. operational of screen view is clear and working,
camera not capturers in apps. bcci player video working, Skype video working. Normal reboot of device. Green screens again and again, each time.

3./ Hold down level button and power button at same time for until reboot, exclamation mark appears. power off and restart device.
All 1.2.3.4 above fully working, How long will all work until a green screen come back again, have wait and see.

Microsoft, you care to implement, sending data and tracking for your pleasures in devices, but also care that a customer who pays money to have things working then to have a repeating glitch.

Don't you test bed these mobile devices, before you rush out them all out the door??? with the amount of people getting these flaws is quite frankly a xbox ring of death.

Patch this up dudes. costumers put them first for once.
