Groove music just doesn't like the metadata I have for my music.

I added music to my phone, that has some edited metadata. Now, every music player has no problem whatsoever with reading this metadata properly, exceeeeept Groove Music. Now, probably someone has had this issue before, do you have any potential solutions to recommend. I have turned off Media Info in the setting, removed the music via PC,re-added, deleted it through the app directly, re-added again, still the same thing.

Don't know what you used to change the tags, The phone will accept whatever you put in as tags.
If you are not getting what you expect to display the tags are probably not synced, ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags or there is ID3v2 tag info you are not aware of.
