groove music pass error 0x800401fb

Hey guys I cant seem to get groove music pass to play on my pc only on my windows phone im getting error 0x800401fb and I cant fix it. I try resetting the app and that didn't work. I also reboot my pc same result. I look on feedback and no luck there just a few people having the same issue and no response from Microsoft. Does anyone know how to fix this so i can listen to it on my pc? Thanks in advance.
