Group messages with message participants

For whatever reason, I'm not getting messages from those using message when its a group text. Anyone else?

Group texts go over MMS. Do you have data enabled?

Not for that sim, it's supposed to use data from sim 1. The line in question is sim 2. Both lines are AT&T.

I've been reading that you can only use data from one SIM at a time. If that is in fact the case, if the SIM your trying to use for GM doesn't have data, they wont work.

Switched so that it uses data from sim 2, still no group messaging when the others are using iMessage. If someone using message sends me a single message, it shows as sent as text, so it knows I don't have an iPhone. The problem lies in group for some reason

Ah yes, you didnt mention iMessage. Only iPhones can send and receive iMessages. That's why they are being converted to SMS on your phone.

I misspoke, non-iphone users cannot receive iMessages of any kind as far as I know.
