Hand writing on virtual keyboard on Surface Pro 4

hello

im facing an anoying issue with my surface pro 4

the virtual keyboard has 4 states:
tablet keyboard
splited keyboard
hand writting
extended keyboard

my problem is that the virtual keyboard doesnt remeber the last state i used
specialy when the stylet touch the screen, automaticly the virtual keyboard go to hand writting state next time i open virtual keyboard wich is realy annoying

i dont want this keyboard to decide by itself in wich state it should go, i dont care this hand writting and i dont want it, i just want the keyboard remember last state i used and show it back to me when i call the keyboard, no matter if i use my fingers or stylet

how to do that?

I have noticed that if i use the pen it use hand writing and if my pen is attached on the side it use normal keyboard.

thats right !
but i tried something, i touched screen with the pen and then attached pen on side
when i called keyboard it was in hand writting mode.
just one touch of the pen make keyboard go in hand mode

how to change this behaviour?
