Hard Reset

need a little help I put windows 10 on my 930 it went ok.
but this morning the phone lock up can't power off or answer any calls. its lock and since you cant pull battery how can I rest this phone none of the screens work working

What happens if you try a soft reset? (Hold power + volume down until phone vibrates)

thanks I just got it to work hold down volume,camera and power button :wink: now on to the other with this windows 10
the phone is from France so is french. that's all been chance to English.
but keyboard will not change so I can get prediction on my words

To be honest you're better off rolling back to WP8.1 as the WP10 preview is still buggy.
The latest version 10512 was supposed to fix the issue you mention.
But I don't think it's ready for a daily driver phone, which I imagine your Lumia 930 is.
Just my opinion though.

Only thing I can think of is flashing it to a UK rom.

The last two builds on my 930 I had to go back to 8.1 and update keyboard, language, etc. to get it to work in WP10. Cortana wouldn't work until I did that.
