Has any one noticed this on the Lumia 925 while typing

While typing the l925's black light keeps blinking from high to deem, my brightness is set at low, it even happens while scrolling... Has anyone noticed this , think is a kind of a bug, what do you think? Have you experienced such?

Nope mine doesn't do that anywhere anytime at all.
The phone is on DP8.1

That used to happen to me when I texted on KIK but after the new updates it went away. Btw I have a 925

Some times i have same issue i think its because of auto brightness and i think it will be fixed in update

I have something similar on the 1020, however it only appears when power saving is enabled. The brightness also changes slightly yet visible when scrolling through menus.

yes before the last update i didn't experience this issue. i am using wp8.1 dv , and this issue only occur with facebook application "login page"

Same here. So I've disabled the option for lower brightness when in power saving mode is ON and it's okay.
