Has anyone else experiencs Reminders set up in Cortana not syncing with the Cortana App on iPhone?

If I set a reminder on my PC in Cortana, it does not show up on my iPhone. Actually, they never showed up on my Lumia 925, either. Is this bad programming in the version of Windows 10 I cleaned installed back when Microsoft issued the first major update?
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

have you checked settings for the cortana apps on both pc and iphone?
Though I'm not sure if this was implemented yet
