Has Double tap to wake up arrived for the AT&T Lumia 950?

I'm hoping ATT doesn't take too long to release this firmware. Also hoping that Microsoft gives us the sensitive screen setting so I can use my phone with gloves in the winter.

well, I've restarted my ATT950 by WDRT and upgraded through Insider Slow Ring to 14393 twice，but obviously I didn't get that... Could you tell me more about how you do that? Thanks.

I actually do want DTTW, but yeah, the cell signal loss is killing me ever since my office moved to the sticks... I now loose signal constantly, sometimes its just bad coverage and temporary, other times it's the lack of firmware update... problem is, I don't know which one, so when I loose signal, I don't know if it will come back on its own (just bad coverage area) or if it is permanent until restart or airplane mode toggle (firmware issue).
