Bricked Lumia 925 (Complete Description)

I was using Lumia 925 for past 18months and was in absolutly in love with it till Cyan Update happened.
Post update the lot of issues crept up from battery draining (4hrs max with decent usage), lag, freezing, sudden non-responsive touch, random restarts etc. Only after cyan update i had used soft reset. then had to use it once in a week, to once in a day to umltiple times in a day to every time i wanted to use my phone.

One fine day the phone gets into looped restarts with battery almost 35% full. During one of this restarts came a dreaded message "Unable to find Bootable option. Press any key to shut down". Upon pressing the volume key the phone switched off and not coming to life anymore
Tried everything - Soft reset, hard rest, Nokia software recovery tool, Lumia software recovery tool, Navifam, press and hold volume down while connecting with charger etc.

Sent it to Nokia Care, they kept it for a week and returned back saying its bricked and non repairable. Can be sent to their HO for repairs but cannot confirm if it would ever work but the cost of sending it to HO would be around Rs.10125 (approx $198) as the product is not under warranty.

Current condition of phone (with some hope of recovering it)
1) When i connect it to wall charger, phone remains cold. (Should get warmer if charging)
2) When I try to power on/ soft reset/ hard reset, Windows logo light blinks every 12 seconds (when connected to charger) or doeasnt repond (when not connect to charger)
3) When connected to laptop (tried all USB ports) - system recognises USB connected, tries to install software and and then fails. but system tray shows 'qhsusb_dload' connected
4) When try to use Lumia Software recovery tool it shows 'device is not supported'. May be this is beacuse Lumia SRT is to recover on WP8 phones only.

Is there a way i can recover or hope to recover my phone? Should i wait for LSRT to support WP8.1 devices?

Any guidance in this forum would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Note: No Developer Preview was installed

Really sad to hear that man.Even i am facing issues with my L620 after updating to cyan.when i connect my phone to pc,it is not recognized and i am getting 4-5hrs battery backup. I guess cyan has a lot of bugs.
You can try this: In Lumia software recovery tool there is an option called "My phone does not startup or respond" ,Select that option.DO keep us posted regarding you phone.I hope i helped you.

I hate to say it, but I think you've had your answer all along:
"Sent it to Nokia Care, they kept it for a week and returned back saying its bricked and non repairable."
Sometimes electronic items fail, for no apparent reason. Sounds like yours went downhill fast, and may or may not have had anything to do with the Cyan update it received.
This is what warranty periods are for (to protect you from this), and why they are limited to a certain amount of time (so a company doesn't go bankrupt replacing devices that are "old").

The only hope is if you weren't using the original charger and the phone wasn't getting the proper voltage. If you were using the original, you have a brick.

Tried multiple chargers but none of them works, including the original Nokia chargers.
Infact, if i use a non-compatible charger, Windows logo at bottom keeps on glowing.

Do you really hope Nokia officials or Technical support would be able to help me when the Nokia Care returned it.

Press vol up.. Vol down ... Camera and power button all at once.. Keep pressing them till u feel three vibrations... If this works... U can recover your phone yourself .. Otherwise some software/hardware problem exists ...

I had similar problem .. Except that none of the lights were blinking .. And computer was not detecting my phone in any way .. I took my phone to a local shop and he fixed it for 600 rs... In my case it was a hardware problem .. Your seems to be software problem

Don't know whether they will help you or not but at least try.

Tried this.. But they were unable to help with any working solution.
As a last option gave to local repairman known to fix most of the phones. He returned it back saying its a motherboard issue and cost of repair would be around 60% of new mobile.

[Update]
Bought a new Lumia 830 (Ignoring suggestions to dump Windows OS for Android or iOS)

Keeping 925 as a paper-weight for now but will wait if Lumia SRT comes up with an option to fix WP8.1
