Has Windows 10 Mobile EAP-TTLS PAP certification?

As you know, many of Windows Phone users have been complaining because the lack of that feature. For exemple, connecting to the college network (eduroam). For those who use W10 mobile, do you know if it can connect to network that use that type of security? Thank you

No, it hasn't. I try connect to eduroam with windows 10 and I can't did it. I will never go to buy a windows phone anymore.

I can connect my university eduroam WiFi no problem. No issues whatsoever.

Blaming Windows Phone is hardly fair. I've always been able to connect to eduroam at my university, both on WP 8.1 and Windows 10 Mobile.
