Have forgotten administrator password and cant sign in via microsoft in account setting

hi there. I have windows 10 insider installed on my pc. unfortunately i have forgotten the administrator password and am also unable to login via my microsoft accout as the " account and email settings" wont open. How can i get back the administrator option to my windows? Hve the system image on my ext hard drive but requires administrator password to be restored.
