Have you stopped using your tablet now that you own a phablet?

I own a Dell Venue 8 Pro windows tablet but I must say, since owning a 1520, I rarely if at all use my tablet. I feel there is no need. It's just more convenient to get out/use the phone.

Have a surface pro 3 and a 1520 - love using the tablet to read on, and for light browsing. Have a pc and laptops for everything else. Find the browser, a proper browser, much better on the tablet. That said the 1520 is great for all else bar using a Commercial vpn.

I've all but given up using a tablet since purchasing a phone with a mere 5 inch screen.
This by no means is a phablet yet for me replaces a tablet nicely I think.

Never say never...yet I don't even bother looking at tablet devices offered by any maker anymore.

My eyes are not the best so I use a 7" Winbook daily. I will instead bring a 10" Windows tablet if I am going to do extended work.

I do have a desktop PC (23" Dell) which I do use for series PC work but I mean, before where I would use my tablet (say in bed for nighttime browsing), I now use only my 1520.

I would consider going phone only if IE on WP functioned the same as Modern IE. The 1520 in landscape is pretty good for viewing full websites. I even have my setting to display the desktop view. However, it's just not as good when it comes to interacting with sites. Using the web is simply faster on my Toshiba Encore 2. And while my Toshiba is only 8 inches, those extra 2 inches make a huge difference.
