Haven't been able to send pics for a couple of weeks

This recently started happening to me and I have idea what the issue would be. Can't send pics to my girlfriend, my mother, and other family and friends. I send the pic and minutes later receive can't send message response...UGH

Anyone else experiencing this on AT&T Lumia 920?

How are you trying to send the pictures: Facebook, MMS, Skype, email attachments, or something else?

Then that's an issue you should take up with your carrier (AT & T).

I did a factory reset on the phone and all is now well. Very weird
