Having trouble downloading and uploading apps

Hello, I'm having trouble downloading and updating apps on my lumia 920. Downloading was so sloooooow, then it will suddenly fail. I don't see any problem with my internet connection since my other device was perfectly working on it. Any idea why is this happening? I already do a soft reset, but the problem was still there. Thanks

Have you tried using a different wifi connection? How about using just your cellular data?

Turn off Wi-Fi, turn off the device then turn it back on and connect to Wi-Fi and try to download the apps again. This fixed for me

I'm afraid I only have one wireless router here at home, and I'm using prepaid data plan so using cellular data for downloading was not advisable for me. Thank you by the way.
